Certain clients (e.g., healthcare providers) may process regulated data through DaitchPro. DaitchPro may offer infrastructure capable of supporting HIPAA-aligned deployments when properly configured.

However: clients are responsible for determining regulatory applicability; clients must execute required agreements (including Business Associate Agreements, where applicable); clients are responsible for their own compliance obligations. DaitchPro does not guarantee regulatory compliance unless explicitly agreed in writing.

8. AI & Automated Processing

DaitchPro uses artificial intelligence systems to: generate responses; route calls; transcribe communications; analyze CRM data; automate workflows. AI-generated outputs may be automated and may involve machine-based decision-making.

We continuously improve AI performance and system accuracy. We do not use customer data to publicly train open AI models without authorization.

9. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to: provide Services; fulfill contractual obligations; comply with legal requirements; resolve disputes; enforce agreements. Clients may request deletion subject to contractual and legal constraints.

10. Data Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including: encrypted data transmission (TLS); access control systems; secure cloud infrastructure; role-based permissions; internal monitoring.

However, no system can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.
